Secondly your Karma (good) created a ambience that fused a calm environment to which I was very relaxed and confident in receiving a sports massage. I met Mathilde first time in summer 2007 and started to train with her every second week. For me as a beginner I felt it was important to learn more exercises and what they are good for. Mathilde's massages have become a monthly ritual for me as a way to unwind and relax from work stress. Its not the usual massage where the massieur doesn't ask you anything about your experience or what you want in a massage. I find Matilde very receptive to wanting to give me the perfect massage that is right for me and my body. She works for a solid 90 minutes to get all the nots out of my back totally committing herself to doing this, never once looking at the clock.

When you come to Taylor with an injury or sore muscles, you don't even have to tell or allocate where the problem is. He can see and feel your pain straight away. He will simply apply pressure and say "its here, you have pain here". He is very good to treat and explain why you have pain and what you should do to correct and prevent any injury.

I had reached a plateau in my weight loss and try as I might, I could not shed another pound. Luckily that's when I discovered Mathilde.
