Functional & Sport specific training

Here at Training Points we focus on the type of exercises relevant to your tasks in everyday life - functional training. This could take the form of enhancing your working environment, replicating moves the body is required to do, such as pushing, pulling, rotating, lifting, bending and standing. We will teach you correct posture and how to maximise strength for your body when in this posture.

In addition we specialise in reflex and power exercises for you to achieve efficiency in your favourite sport, whether that sport be at competition level or just a hobby. In addition we can assist in improving your endurance in your chosen sport, where we focus on building up strength to improve endurance.
