Mini spring/ summerProgramme by Training Points:

  1. 3 minutes skipping
  2. run the hill in crystal palace up/down or the steps for 3 min
  3. Lunges 3x20
  4. Beebies Jump 3x 15
  5. Press ups on Bench 3x30
  6. Plank 1x 1min

Repeat all 3 times. Do less or more depending on your fitness level and finish with the plank –Hold for as long as possible, between 30 sec -4 minutes.

Exercises brings happiness and wellness:

Endorphins: About 20 min into exercising, the brain releases the endorphins, which gives a feeling of wellness and it also works as a natural pain relievers.

Dopamine: Is said to be released from the brain after exercise and provide us with the feeling of happiness, like when falling in love, it also improve our skin to bloom.

Serotonin: Exercises is having an effect on serotonin, which regulate our sleep, mood and appetite.
