About Training Points

At Training Points we focus on the individual and your needs by setting personal and realistic goal, to receive best results possible. Your first session will be a complete body and lifestyle assessment.

Being a client a Training points you will need to:

  • Complete a food diary in week one to achieve best results
  • Follow a nutrition guidience from Training Points
  • Eat 2 hours before training (if short of time eat ‘easy to digest’ food 1 hour before)
  • Commit to exercise minimum 3 times per week, with at least one pt session with Training Points (mix pt session with group training)
  • Respect your booking time with Training Points and give minimum 24hr notice for cancellation (see terms and condition for cancellation fees)

Our fitness studio is based in Crystal Palace and essentially attracts clients from local areas including Sydenham, Forest Hill, Peckham Rye, Beckenham, Penge, Gypsi Hill, Dulwich, Hern Hill, Norwood, Upper Norwood and Streatham Hill... We are your South-East London fitness studio
